I will start again. i pulled my knee going on errands with a person in their car, that drive to the country. my body was in bad shape on fri night and the weekend. i managed to walk yesterday and then chiropractor today! So much better, thats why i didn t post today. usually i like monday to fall into the rabbit hole of no time and no agenda... see you tomorrow
