It’s okay if you need medicine due to imbalances within your body or even if you just have a headache. There’s no shame in needing help with depression...no shame in needing to rely on medicine to feel better. Yes the pharmacy corporation’s eat off our pain and make trillions but that doesn’t mean you need to suffer as well. It’s also entirely okay to not take medication.
