


SFW WORKOUT WEDENESDAY - Back day is back!Tips are appreciated - free to all subs as usual over at @xxautumnivyxx So I'm gonna try to keep these in order based on what makes sense and after a quick and dirty arm day I figured a back day would be solid.. we can work in a leg day next week.
