I've had a rough month so far and I had such big plans to shoot, and bake. I just found all of the berries I got to make a triple berry tres leches cake have spoiled while I've been sick. Damn it. It took me forever to find the marscapone for the special cream layer. I was really looking forward to eating it all! ☹️ I'll have to pick up more if I feel up to going out soon. I'm still very much in recovery mode now though. Just snacking until I get my strength back.
