So this was a bit of an experiment (hadn't tried this before somehow) and it was far from perfect because it kept slipping out.. But the setup is strap-on on a pillow and fucking 'into it' with a hip motion as if I were thrusting more than riding. I dunno if that makes any sense, but this specific angle is the best for a vaginal orgasm for me (I got there in just a few mins of grinding! so good🤤).
