This week for example… No one was going to give me any time off or too myself. 😒 So my body broke down & got sick. I had no choice but to take off & heal. Not only physically but lucky a bit mentally as well. I always do the most & go so hard. It’s too much sometimes. Anyway, I’m going to be grateful for the time I was able to have off this week. I am choosing gratitude instead of being angry at myself for the clients I missed having at the salon. Because we can choose to feel how we want about things & I’m doing just that.
