

Flyes pr 34 kg (74 lbs) and back to my 30 kg (66 lbs) 🤩 Thought it was about time to stop wining that shoulders aren’t cooperating with my dumbell press ☠️🤚🖕 Wipe off the tears and let’s start focus on what’s working and be grateful with what I can do🙏😍 Besides the dumbell press shoulders aren’t nagging too much and the flyes don’t nag at all😍 Therefore I did one set flyes with the 34 kg and also did my usual weighted 30 kg dips routine 😍 I’ve missed that a lot but I also know that I’ll be one cranky ass bitch if I fuck myself up again so I really proceed with caution ⛔️ At least according to my normal standards 😇
