I'm now working out 7 days a week doing a mix of Barre (Ballet and dance) and intensive weight training! I'm already noticing a big difference in my muscle growth and strength and I'm so excited to be able to share it with you! Here is a wee bit of what I've been doing with my personal trainer, would you like to see more of my workouts in the future? 💪♥️
