I love you all still, but the depressive episodes have gotten to a point where I need to focus on myself for a bit.
I am not myself at all lately and it’s really not good to deal with as someone with BPD.
I will reply again once I’m doing okay, but I just need to chill out for once and focus on finding joy in things again.
