This video captures the quiet, subtle movements of my completely empty belly — and honestly, I have no idea what was going on in there. After doing two 2-liter challenges after dinner, I started feeling some discomfort and had to schedule a gastroscopy. Since the procedure was in the evening, I only had breakfast and then had to fast the rest of the day. As I lay back to record, my stomach felt hollow, light, but still strangely active… you’ll hear soft gurgles and movements with no food inside — just air, fluids, and maybe a little protest. It’s gentle, intimate, and a bit mysterious.
